Bacon

Bensa International featured at ElizaCross.comWhen she wrote 101 Things To Do With Bacon as part of the popular cookbook series for Gibbs Smith Publishers in 2011, Eliza was pleasantly overwhelmed by readers’ enthusiasm for the topic. The book quickly sold out, went into a second printing two months after its release, and returned for a third printing several weeks later.

To serve bacon-lovers across the globe, Eliza founded the bacon enthusiasts’ society BENSA International. Unlike the intellectuals’ society MENSA, BENSA welcomes people of all IQs and doesn’t require a lengthy intelligence test. In fact, members need only take a short quiz (the Bacon Bensa Intelligence Test, otherwise known as the Bacon B.I.T.) to join.

The Bac-O-Blog features the latest bacon-related news to keep Bensans up to date about their favorite pork product.
